Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer calling campaigns. You will contact approved leads via an automatic dialer and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate representative. This remote, full-time role follows U.S.

Eastern Time calling hours. You will qualify consumers, handle objections, and record dispositions and notes with a focus on five transfers per dialing hour.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent outbound calling, telesales, appointment-setting, lead-generation or live-transfer experience.
• Experience in high-volume auto-dialer environments.
• Experience qualifying consumers and handling objections.
• Experience completing warm or live call transfers.
• Familiarity with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode or a comparable dialer.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear pronunciation and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to stay calm when consumers are rude or uninterested.
• Accurate CRM notes, call dispositions and data entry.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.
• Availability to work full-time during the required Eastern Time schedule.

The Opportunity

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer calling campaigns.

You will contact approved leads through an automatic dialer, gain the consumer’s attention, ask brief qualification questions, handle basic objections and complete professional live transfers.

You are not responsible for completing the final sale or determining eligibility. Your responsibility is to identify qualified consumers, create interest and connect them with the appropriate representative.

This role is best suited to someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with continuous outbound calling and motivated by measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications and other approved consumer products or services.

Required Experience

• At least three years of recent outbound calling, telesales, appointment-setting, lead-generation or live-transfer experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume automatic-dialer environment.
• Experience qualifying consumers and handling objections.
• Experience completing warm or live call transfers.
• Familiarity with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode or a comparable dialer.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear pronunciation and a confident, professional telephone manner.
• Ability to remain calm when consumers are rude, suspicious or uninterested.
• Accurate CRM notes, call dispositions and data entry.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with strong accuracy.
• Availability to work full-time during the required Eastern Time schedule.

Experience with U.S. consumer campaigns, insurance, benefits, telecommunications or call-centre sales is preferred.

You must be persistent without becoming aggressive and persuasive without making promises you are not authorized to make.
