Job summary

Langford Staffing is hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives for high-volume consumer calling campaigns conducted remotely in U.S. Eastern Time hours.

You will contact company-provided leads, follow scripts, ask qualification questions, handle objections, and aim for qualified live transfers to a sales representative. We are seeking seasoned professionals with 3+ years in outbound call centers, strong dialing experience, excellent English, and the ability to stay composed under rejection.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in outbound call centre, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, consumer qualification, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and telephone communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to remain composed during rejection and difficult calls.
• Strong listening skills; adjust responses as needed.
• Accurate CRM, call notes, and disposition habits.
• Ability to receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

The Position

Langford Staffing is hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer calling campaigns.

You will contact company-provided leads through an automatic dialer, explain the purpose of the call, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative.

You will not complete the final sale. Your primary objective is to turn outbound calls into qualified and accepted live transfers.

• Three or more years of experience in an outbound call centre, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, consumer qualification, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.

• Clear and professional spoken English.

• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or similar software is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

You must have:

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet and professional calling environment.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to use a dialer, CRM, and campaign system simultaneously.

Performance will be evaluated through:

• Hourly and daily calling results.

You do not need a perfect script immediately. You must be coachable, resilient, and able to apply feedback quickly.
