Resolv Global is seeking motivated English/Spanish bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives for a remote, full-time contractor role. You will make outbound calls to schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments, educating patients on the importance of routine care and building trust with empathy.

In this fast-paced position, you will document every interaction, meet productivity and quality KPIs, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

We're looking for motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy connecting with people, and know how to turn conversations into appointments, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.

This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

Hours of Operation

Monday to Thursday:

• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Friday:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Schedules will fall within these operating hours.
