Langford Staffing is recruiting Inside Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. This full-time remote role involves speaking with company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer to qualify prospects for a live transfer, not the final sale.

You’ll conduct outbound calls, handle objections, and work toward hourly and daily performance targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The Role

Langford Staffing is recruiting Inside Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns.

Full-Time Remote Position

Langford Staffing is recruiting Inside Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns.

You will speak with company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer. Your objective is to gain their attention, understand whether they meet the campaign requirements, respond to objections, and secure their agreement to speak with a sales representative.

You will not be responsible for completing the final sale. Your success depends on how effectively you turn an outbound conversation into a qualified live transfer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver confident and professional introductions.
• Explain the purpose of the call in clear, simple language.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Handle objections from busy, skeptical, or uninterested consumers.
• Build trust without making misleading claims.
• Create enough interest for qualified consumers to continue.
• Ask directly for the live transfer.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving representative.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign qualification and opt-out requirements.
• Meet established hourly and daily performance targets.

The client operates campaigns involving health benefits, insurance, telecommunications, and other consumer services.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, conversion, appointment, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Confidence speaking with consumers throughout the day.
• The ability to remain calm when consumers are impatient, suspicious, or upset.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your approach.
• Accurate CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Openness to coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience using Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or a comparable dialer is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

You must have:

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet and professional workspace.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to work with a dialer, CRM, and campaign system simultaneously.
