We are looking for an OT & Security Coordinator to design and implement OT security measures in the production environment of the García plant, considering the production network of Daimler Buses.

• Ensure compliance with the SITS concept.
• Act as central contact and local OT security coordinator.
• Conduct risk analysis and training on OT security in production.
• Lead and manage the SITS operations team on site.
• Guarantee the continuity of critical production processes.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Implementation of OT security standards: Lead the deployment of Daimler Buses' cybersecurity standards, adapting concepts to the specific needs of the site and technological trends.
• Audits: Periodic review of KPIs and security measures, reporting and monitoring anomalies.
• Risk assessment: Plan and conduct risk analysis, define mitigation measures.
• Technical consulting and training: Advise on new equipment and conduct awareness training.
• Project work: Participate in inter-plant SITS projects.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Coordinate with BISO, IT, Maintenance, and operators.
• Operational support: Support operators in resolving incidents.
• Preventive and reactive measures: Manage the life cycle of assets and coordinate incident resolution.
• Always act in strict compliance with applicable local and international regulations, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Daimler Truck Code of Conduct, as well as any other policy and procedure established for Daimler Truck.

Education: Computer Science Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Security Engineering.

Experience:

• Desirable: Familiarity with Daimler Truck's OT security standards and production processes.

Specific knowledge:

OT cybersecurity, leadership skills, interaction with suppliers and internal teams on security issues, IT-OT integration, risk management and mitigation processes.
