Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions company, seeks a Product Engineer to support manufacturing processes at our Chihuahua site. The role requires understanding the scope of all manufacturing chain processes and leadership within the engineering team.

You will implement, support, train, and troubleshoot the assigned processes, with 2–4 years EMS experience and an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree. This role emphasizes engineering leadership and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in EMS or an equivalent industry.
• Ability to lead and guide other engineers within the site.

This individual is also responsible for the implementation, support, training, and troubleshooting for the process being assigned in their facility. This position is assigned to an individual who has the profile to understand the scope of all the manufacturing chain process and the implications of each change and be considered to be a leader within the engineering team. The Product Engineer is responsible for ensuring excellence on the assigned manufacturing process, as determined by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
