Formación

Mission

The mission of this position is to ensure efficient and timely management of all Order to Cash (OtC) activities for LATAM, supporting business objectives, delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers, and providing operational control to address the specific challenges.

The ideal candidate has
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semesters) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Desirable: basic knowledge of finance, invoicing, and accounting principles
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit & Collections, or Customer Service, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
  • Experience with invoice processing, payment follow-up, or reconciliations is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of LATAM invoicing and tax requirements (Chile, Mexico, Brazil) is a plus.
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred, even at a user level.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, and reports).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or financial processes.
  • English level: intermediate (able to handle written communication and simple calls).
  • Portuguese is a plus but not required.
Soft Skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to follow up efficiently.
  • Eager to learn and develop within a structured process-oriented environment.

Proactive and adaptable, open to supporting multiple countries in LATAM

Your responsibilities will be
  • Manage and execute all Order to Cash (OtC) activities for the LATAM operation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide timely support and resolution for internal and external customer inquiries related to OtC processes.
  • Monitor and control operational workflow to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation and records for all OtC transactions and activities.
  • Adapt to the specific requirements and challenges of the LATAM market, ensuring local needs are met.
