Order Processing Specialist is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing orders in HMD and EDGE systems for future execution in the listing process. The role includes capturing and processing orders in HMD system, maintaining established lead times for order processing and delivery.

1. Correct capture and processing of orders in HMD system.
2. Maintain established lead time for order processing and delivery.
3. Correct capture and processing of orders in EDGE system for RITE DOOR orders.
4. Order processing and management.
5. Reporting and communicating discrepancies to clients.
6. Proposing solutions or options for discrepancies discovered.
7. Complying with continuing education courses and activities on the ASSA ABLOY Portal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (technical and business).
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Customer interaction experience.
• Understanding of templates and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
