JOBBYDOO is seeking an Order Management Process Lead in Aguascalientes, MX to oversee order inquiry, creation, validation, processing and delivery documentation, and to coordinate with load planning and route optimization for efficient service.

ERP experience (SAP U2K2 preferred), strong communication, integrity and teamwork are essential; a bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance is a plus, with coaching responsibilities and process improvement mindset.

General Information Role (Picklist): Order Management Process Lead BSv Role: Order Management Process Lead BSv Grade: B1 Role Overview: Problem identification and resolution of order management and logistics management processes. As a member of the management team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team, delivers a high quality and cost-effective service and oversees the process (or part of process) and customer service decisions. Can take leadership to ensure the delivery of a customer focused service to client with highly proficient knowledge of one or more processes and continually strives to improve the process Proficient knowledge of one or more processes. Hands on experience of working with an ERP tool (preferably SAP U2K2) Hard Working and Confident High on Integrity Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, throughout all levels of the organization Passionate about creating value and impact for the client A team oriented and collaborative approach
