A logistics technology provider is seeking an Oracle WMS Solutions Architect for a remote role with the option for some travel. You will provide expert knowledge on Oracle WMS Cloud, participate in software configuration, and enhance warehouse operations. A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems along with 3+ years of supply chain experience is required. Excellent communication skills and bi-lingual proficiency in English/Spanish are also needed.

Reports To: Senior Director, Warehousing & Distribution Systems

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Environment: Remote, Some Travel Required

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

As an Oracle WMS Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing Oracle WMS Cloud expert knowledge and advice to customers, partners, and peers. You will participate in the creation of requirements documentation and provide insight into software capabilities and best practices. You will configure the software and validate that it meets the business requirements. You will be responsible for keeping up to date on the latest Oracle WMS Cloud releases and new functionality.

• Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements
• Actively participate in the software configuration and implementation process
• Provide proactive input and advice on warehouse activities and operations as related to WMS to meet customer requirements, mitigate potential issues, and improve overall operations
• Review and audit current WMS configurations and provide suggestions for improvement
• Work with peers, customers, partners, and vendors in a highly cooperative environment
• Embody exceptional testing, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
• Consistently provide quality software implementation for our customers by following established methodologies and procedures
• Create the necessary screens, reports, and labels to efficiently run warehouse operations and comply with customer requirements and needs
• Accurately and consistently track and report time spent on tasks for billing and project tracking
• Work with the customer manager to deliver solutions on time and within budget

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience
• 2+ years of Oracle WMS Cloud experience
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Willing to travel 25%
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
