Position: Oracle Senior Functional Support Senior Analyst

Contract Type: Full time- Permanent

Location: LATAM (Mexico) – Remote

DHL Supply Chain are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Senior Functional Support Senior Analyst to join our global IT team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Finance system end users across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle R12.x platforms. You will be responsible for resolving complex functional issues, ensuring system health and performance, and driving continuous service improvement. This is a hands-on role requiring expert problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive mindset.

Key Accountabilities

• Functional Support & Issue Resolution: Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and R12.x, resolving first and second-level functional issues and managing vendor escalations.
• System Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform continuous monitoring of system health, proactively trigger corrective actions, and manage month-end/year-end tasks.
• Change & Project Support: Conduct regression testing, support change management processes, and participate in hypercare and knowledge transfer for new deployments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on support activities.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with audit requirements and governance controls, and follow up on audit changes as needed.
• LATAM Region Support: Provide specialised support for LATAM-specific applications and localisations, including user access management and vendor coordination.

What Are We Looking For From You

• Extensive Oracle Experience: 5+ years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and R12.x Financials as a functional or techno-functional specialist.
• Advanced SQL Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for issue analysis and data extraction.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Customer Focus & Communication: Proven ability to deliver high-quality, customer-focused service with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Adaptability & Ownership: Resilient and flexible mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in managing tasks and priorities.
• Language Skills & Regional Knowledge: Ability to speak English, with knowledge of Oracle localisations relevant to the LATAM region.
