The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS and strong SQL skills. The Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst for Supply Chain Management provides production support, techno-functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. This individual will be responsible for supporting modules or systems related to supply chain processes and will act as a liaison between the technical development team and the business to manage system enhancements, upgrades, modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting internal clients with the Oracle ERP modules SCM
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes. Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures and serves as a resource for best practices/quality.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
• Implementation and support knowledge of Oracle release R12 version of Oracle SCM, including modules such as Order Management (OM), Inventory, Procurement, and Cost Management.
• Functional knowledge of Finance and Operations, Cost Management.
• Technical experience, in writing and executing SQL queries as that will be required for analysis of issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$49,400.00 - $62,500.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
