Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Mexico is seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Project Manager to lead a complex retail technology engagement. You will oversee end-to-end delivery planning, governance, budget, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, cutover readiness, and transition to support.

The role requires 12–18 years of relevant experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle Fusion engagements, plus strong vendor and cross-functional stakeholder-management

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of relevant experience.
• Proven project-management experience in Oracle Retail or Oracle Fusion engagements.
• Experience managing implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations, or application-support programs.
• High-level understanding of the Oracle Retail landscape, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Experience in project planning, governance, budgeting, resource coordination, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Strong customer, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
