Sutherland in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking an Oracle Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have 10–14 years of Oracle HCM experience with deep Payroll Cloud expertise and a proven record in Mexico payroll implementations.

You will lead end-to-end payroll configurations, support SIT/UAT, and provide post‑go‑live assistance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve payroll processes.

Formación

• 10–14 years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong functional expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation projects.
• Proven experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud for Mexico.
• Strong background in Payroll Cloud production support and issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional consulting for Oracle Payroll Cloud in a long-term project based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Perform payroll configuration, element setup, costing, and fast formulas.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, testing, and post-go-live support; handle payroll integrations and BI reports where applicable.

Oracle Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant to join a long-term project based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Duration: Long-Term

Experience: 10–14 Years

Key Requirements:

• 10–14 years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong functional expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation projects.
• Proven experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud for Mexico.
• Strong background in Payroll Cloud production support and issue resolution.
• Expertise in Payroll Configuration, Payroll Elements, Payroll Balances, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, Costing, and Payroll Processing.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support.
• Exposure to payroll integrations, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports is preferred.
• Knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits) is an added advantage.
• Willingness to support critical 24×7 P1 production incidents, as required.
