PwC Mexico invites a Manager to join our Acceleration Center Mexico, leading Oracle P2D consulting projects across client portfolios. You will guide teams in strategic technology planning and deliver Oracle-based transformations using ADF and OCI to drive business results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience, and fluent English. You will build client relationships, promote process improvements, and ensure data integrity in Oracle environments.

• Experience leading Oracle P2D projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle P2D consulting projects and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution of Oracle-based solutions
• Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance business transformation initiatives
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address Oracle technology challenges
• Developing and overseeing the deployment of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Data Integration solutions
• Promoting process improvement and optimization within Oracle technology frameworks
• Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle application environments
• Identifying opportunities for optimizing Oracle technology utilization and improving business performance

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
