Job summary

Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead to design and deliver reporting, analytics, and data solutions for healthcare clients using Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will lead the reporting workstream across Oracle Fusion applications, translating complex business requirements into scalable reporting that informs executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or related tech roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting.
• Experience as Reporting Lead or similar technical leader.
• Experience leading 2 full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Eng or related field preferred.
• Advanced English for US client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion reporting strategy, design, development, testing, deployment, optimization, and support.
• Serve as the reporting technical lead across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.
• Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts using OTBI, BIP, BICC, and related Oracle reporting technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications, data models, and KPIs.
• Design and manage data extraction strategies for downstream apps and data warehouses.
• Develop and optimize complex OTBI analyses, dashboards, and BI Publisher reports.
