We are seeking an analyticalOracle Finance Specialistto support our financial systems and processes on the Oracle application. This role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Financials modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance operations and Oracle ERP systems, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, PA, CM, etc.).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Financials modules to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to streamline financial workflows.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes through system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Financials EBS.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle EBS on the finance modules of AR, AP, GL, and PA
  • Knowledge of SQL
