We are looking for a skilled Oracle E-Business Suite Developer/Administrator to manage, customize, and enhance our Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions within the E-Business Suite environment to meet business requirements. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality solutions that optimize our use of Oracle applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Oracle E-Business Suite applications, including modules such as Financials, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Customize and configure Oracle E-Business Suite modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations using Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Design and optimize data models, workflows, and business processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
• Document technical designs, specifications, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle E-Business Suite features, patches, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Overall 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS as a Finance Functional Consultant.
• Proficient in Finance Modules - GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
• Extensive experience in Oracle EBS Implementation, Support Projects, and Upgrade Projects.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Mexico Localizations, tax, accounting, reporting, and invoicing solutions.
• Familiarity with solution design, documentation, and AIM/OUM methodology.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in the capacity of a Functional Consultant to help build solutions for Mexico local statutory requirements.
