Position: Oracle DBA

This is a contract role with excellent growth opportunities.

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of 12.2.10 and above E-Business suite architecture, including Shared APPL_TOP, CUSTOM_TOP, Workflow Mailer, JDK, and JRE upgrades.
• Experience in E-Business suite R12.2 upgrade, migration to OCI, and SSO setup.
• Expertise in Oracle Database 19c, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and high-availability strategies in a 24x7 environment.
• Proficiency in Oracle RAC, ASM, OEM 12c/19c, and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience troubleshooting concurrent managers, workflows, WebLogic managed servers, OHS, and database issues, working with Oracle support.
• Experience in cloning, patching, and troubleshooting E-Business Suite R12.2 applications.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, Oracle Standby databases, and Oracle Exadata Cloud Service (EXACS), ASM, RMAN, OCI.
• Activities include configuration, installation, patching, upgrading Oracle EBS R12.2 applications and databases, and performance optimization.
• Operations management in onshore/offshore models and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing Oracle EBS environments on OCI, including migration and performance/cost optimization.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of AWS RDS.
• OCI Certifications.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology or related fields.
