The role encompasses end-to-end project management activities, including planning, workshops, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Formación

• Minimum 10 yrs of overall experience.
• At least 5 yrs of Project Management experience on Oracle implementation projects.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management for bilingual client conversations.

Role Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager with OTM knowledge

Role Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Customer Supply Chain Transport of Tomorrow (ToT) Standard Transformation initiative for the Colombia region. The project involves migration of operations from on-prem to OTM Cloud using global standardized templates and specific customizations. The role encompasses end-to-end project management activities, including project planning and scheduling, driving requirements gathering workshops, facilitating requirements reviews with business and IT stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring timely status tracking and reporting. The Project Manager will act as the primary coordination point across all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives in alignment with project timelines and business expectations.

Location: Candidate should work based on local Colombia time zone.

Experience

• Overall Experience: Minimum 10 yrs of overall experience
• Relevant Experience: At least 5 yrs of Project Management experience participating on all the phases of a Oracle Implementation and should have a basic knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management to have Spanish/English fluently conversations between customer and Infy teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Supply Chain Transport of Tomorrow (ToT) Standard Transformation activities for the Colombia region, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans working closely with business stakeholders, schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely execution of all project activities.
• Facilitate the requirements gathering workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate requirements review and sign-off sessions with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate fit/gap analysis workshop to identify business process gaps, system limitations, and required solution enhancements.
• Collaborate with client business and IT teams to support solution design, validation, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation actions.
• Track project deliverables, status, and key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Support change management, testing, training, and deployment activities as required to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
