Formación

  • 5 años de experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de sistemas.

Descripción del empleo

Job Duties:

  1. Serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert, offering best-practice guidance on HCM business processes and solutions
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed requirements
  3. Analyze business needs and develop efficient, effective configuration solutions that align with requirements
  4. Lead the design and development of configurations, ensuring thorough testing of system changes for optimal performance
  5. Provide valuable input to the Project Manager to ensure the creation of a comprehensive and effective project plan
  6. Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues and challenges
  7. Document and track customer product enhancement requests and any identified bugs, ensuring timely follow-up
  8. Partner closely with the Applications Support team to ensure seamless post-implementation handoff and provide consultation on complex production issues
  9. Create and maintain comprehensive system and application documentation, including requirements, processes, and procedures
  10. Review monthly and quarterly release notes, performing regression testing to evaluate the impact of new releases on existing configurations
  11. Take on the role of technical lead or project manager for key initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery

You Must Have:

  1. 5 years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development
  2. At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on the Core HR module
  3. 5 years Deep understanding of the HCM Cloud data model, business process functionality, and data flow within the application

We Value:

  1. Oracle Implementation Certification in the Recruiting and/or Talent Management modules
  2. Experience in implementing or supporting other Oracle HCM modules
  3. Proficiency in SQL and report building using Oracle BI
  4. Strong eagerness to learn, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to establish strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts
  8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  9. Demonstrated technical leadership, with solid planning and follow-up capabilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  10. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  11. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
