Formación

• Responsible for Project Budget execution within the assigned project.
• Lead the team responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance.
• Coordinate technical reviews and corrective action plans.
• Drive design solutions and reuse within the project.
• Mentor discipline designers and support competency development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide budget visibility and ongoing cost control for the optic design discipline.
• Collaborate with R&D and project leadership to align design with schedule and specs.
• Ensure QRQC processes for rapid issue resolution.
• Lead and develop the discipline team to improve efficiency.
