Valeo in Querétaro is seeking an Optic Design Leader to manage budget, lead QCD performance, and guide the discipline design team within a major project. You will align with R&D and project leadership to ensure design solutions meet schedule and technical requirements.

The role emphasizes mentoring designers, driving reuse of design solutions, and collaborating across teams to improve efficiency and quality in a global automotive environment.
