Eaton Corporation is seeking an OPEX Analyst in Querétaro to drive operational excellence across the Global Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence. You will lead digital transformation, automation, and data analytics initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to optimize processes and generate actionable insights.

The role emphasizes Power Platform development, AI adoption, process standardization, KPI management, and governance to deliver sustainable efficiencies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, CS, or related field.
• Minimum two years in Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, Process Automation, and Digital Transformation with MS tech and AI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Full professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions across GFA.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize processes, develop Power Platform solutions, and generate actionable insights.
• Strengthen governance and deliver sustainable efficiencies through technology and best practices.
• Align with GFA OPEX focus on Power Platform, AI adoption, standardization, KPI management, and governance.
