Job summary

Freudenberg in Querétaro, Mexico is looking for an operations professional to perform and optimize daily manufacturing activities. You will operate equipment, follow procedures, and support quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will train and assist teammates, helping the site meet productivity and delivery targets. You will work with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow, apply established methods, and grow your operational capability through hands-on
