Copeland, a global climate technologies leader, seeks a factory operator in Reynosa. The role focuses on teamwork, safety, and reliable shift coverage in a maquiladora environment. You will contribute to efficient production and maintain quality alongside supervisors and peers.

Candidates should have at least a secondary education, some maquiladora experience, and a strong safety mindset. The schedule for Shift C runs Friday to Sunday, with extended hours, requiring commitment and adaptability.

Formación

• Minimum high school education.
• At least 3 months of maquiladora experience.
• Experience in compressor manufacturing is desirable.
• Ability to communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• No drug or alcohol record at prior employment.
• Knowledge and focus on personal safety during operations.
• Ethical conduct within the company.
• Hiring for Shift C (Fri, Sat and Sun 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM).

• Experiencia en la Manufactura de Compresores (deseable)
• Habilidad para comunicarse con su equipo de trabajo, así como con Supervisores.
• Experiencia trabajando en Equipo
• Disponibilidad para laborar Tiempo Extra cuando se le requiera.
• No tener antecedentes de dopaje o alcohol en otros empleos
• Conocimientos y enfoque en su seguridad personal y durante la operación
• Comportamiento Ético dentro de la Empresa.
• Contratacion para el turno C. ( Viernes,Sabado y Domingo de 7:30 am a 20:30 pm )
