Copeland busca integrar a su equipo en Reynosa para roles en la manufactura de compresores. Requiere secundaria como mínimo y disponibilidad para rotar entre turnos, con al menos 3 meses de experiencia en maquiladora.

Se valorará experiencia previa en la fabricación de compresores y habilidades para comunicarte con tu equipo y supervisores. La empresa ofrece un turno C (viernes, sábado y domingo) de 7:30 a 20:30 y exige disponibilidad para horas extra.

Formación

• Escolaridad mínima – Secundaria.
• 3 meses de experiencia en maquiladora.
• Experiencia en manufactura de compresores (deseable).
• Habilidad para comunicarse con su equipo y supervisores.
• Experiencia trabajando en equipo.

Escolaridad mínima – Secundaria

Disponibilidad para rotar entre turnos cada vez que la empresa lo requiera.

Tener al menos 3 meses laborando en maquiladora.

Experiencia en la Manufactura de Compresores (deseable)

Habilidad para comunicarse con su equipo de trabajo, así como con Supervisores.

Experiencia trabajando en Equipo

Disponibilidad para laborar Tiempo Extra cuando se le requiera.

No tener antecedentes de dopaje o alcohol en otros empleos

Conocimientos y enfoque en su seguridad personal y durante la operación

Comportamiento Ético dentro de la Empresa.

Contratacion para el turno C. ( Viernes,Sabado y Domingo de 7:30 am a 20:30 pm )
