A leading animal health company in Nuevo León is seeking a production operator to perform operations in compliance with GMP and HSE regulations. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and quality during production, and participating in skill training. Candidates should have a high school education and basic knowledge in chemical or pharmaceutical work, with prior GMP factory experience preferred. Shift work is acceptable.

Formación

Job Description

• Perform production operations according to GMP/HSE rules and SOP requirements, ensuring stable, safe, and timely completion of product production, and qualified product quality.

Responsibilities

• Complete all production operations according to process operation procedures and equipment operation procedures, ensuring production safety, stability, and effectiveness, and product quality.

• Implement HSE and quality department regulations, comply with operations.

• Execute department and leader instructions, follow labor discipline, ensure production.

• Participate in department and factory-organized skill training, improve process, equipment operation, GMP, and HSE levels.

• Ensure equipment safety and stable operation, report problems in a timely manner.

• Propose rationalization suggestions for production processes and equipment, participate in department safety and production improvement projects.

• Actively participate in lean production, reduce production costs, maintain a highly tidied production area.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school or above education.

• Basic English skills.

• Chemical or pharmaceutical work experience, GMP factory work experience, and familiarity with preparation and packaging production processes are preferred.

• Basic equipment knowledge and GMP/HSE knowledge.

Additional Information

• Work location: Wu Si factory.

• Work time: Can accept shift work.

• 2-year contract.
