Rocket Lab busca un profesional para unirse a Rappi en Mérida, participando en el soporte a clientes y socios de entrega. Este rol implica el monitoreo de operaciones y la mejora continua a través de la analítica. Se valoran habilidades en Excel, Power BI y experiencia en atención al cliente, todo en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.

Formación

• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
• Habilidades intermedias en Excel, Power BI y SQL.
• Experiencia en servicio al cliente y gestión de equipos.

Responsabilidades

• Soporte al cliente y a socios de entrega en tiempo real.
• Monitoreo de operaciones y toma de decisiones.
• Identificación de patrones y creación de informes para mejoras operativas.
