A logistics and technology company is seeking detail-oriented individuals for on-site roles supporting autonomous robots in Mexico City. We’re looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to support our remote assistance operations. This role is required to be 100% on-site, since the technology required can only be used in our facilities in Torre Mitikah at Mexico City and it involves working and speaking with U.S. teams.
In this role, you’ll monitor and assist autonomous robots, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time feedback to enhance system efficiency. You’ll work closely with shift leads, engineers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Shift: This role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts ranging from 8 AM – 12 AM CST, Monday through Sunday.
