Job summary

StepUp Talent is seeking an Operations & Project Manager for a US-based CPG manufacturing and 3PL firm. This fully remote, full-time role is based in Mexico and follows Eastern Time hours, reporting to the founder.

Fluency in English is required, with preferred locations: Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Mexico City. You will own the product lifecycle, manage timelines across clients and suppliers, centralize information, and build automated workflows using Monday.com, Slack, Claude/AI and Google

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and accountability across clients, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Centralize scattered client information into organized, accessible systems.
• Build and improve systems and automation using Monday.com, Slack, and AI tools.
• Manage client, manufacturer, and supplier relationships and keep all parties accountable.
• Handle new-client follow-ups and onboarding.
• Be a proactive thought partner to the founder, with a weekly founder check-in.

OPERATIONS & PROJECT MANAGER - URGENT HIRING

We are hiring for a US-based, approximately $50M CPG manufacturing and 3PL group serving supplement and wellness brands, with its own fulfillment warehouse in New York.

This is a fully remote, full-time role based in Mexico, working Eastern Time hours and reporting directly to the founder. Fluent written and spoken English is required. Preferred locations: Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Mexico City. Start ASAP.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven project management and client or account management experience.
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or 3PL/fulfillment.
• Knowledge of the product lifecycle.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with Slack, Monday.com, Claude/AI, Muse, and Google Workspace.
• Full-time availability during Eastern Time hours.
