Chromalloy Mexicali is seeking a CNC Programming Engineer to develop and optimize CNC programs for milling, grinding, laser, EDM, water jet, and plasma processes. You’ll create standards and training materials while collaborating with site engineers and SMEs to implement new manufacturing solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Mechatronics, CNC programming experience, and strong knowledge of FANUC controls, Mastercam, and NX CAM.

• Experience in CNC programming in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling, grinding, laser cutting, EDM, water jet, and plasma processes.
• Create and maintain CNC programming standards and training materials.
• Collaborate with site engineers and SMEs to implement new technologies and manufacturing solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and Kaizen events; ensure safety and quality compliance.

What You'll Do

Develop and optimize CNC programs for a variety of manufacturing processes, including:

• CNC Milling & Grinding
• Laser Cutting & Drilling
• EDM Machining
• Water Jet Cutting
• Plasma Robotics

Create and maintain CNC programming standards and training materials.

Collaborate with site engineers and corporate subject matter experts to implement new technologies and manufacturing solutions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and Kaizen events.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing environments.

Strong Knowledge Of

• FANUC Controls
• Mastercam
• NX CAM or similar CNC programming software
• Manufacturing processes and automation technologies

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, 8D, or A3 problem-solving methodologies.

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience using CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks, or similar.

Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel.
