Job Purpose:

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage warehouse operations within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including cold chain management, COFEPRIS standards, NOM-059, and pharmacopoeia guidelines. This role requires strong client management skills, negotiation capabilities, and experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and compliant handling of life sciences and healthcare products.
• Ensure adherence to cold chain management protocols to maintain product integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with COFEPRIS, NOM-059, and pharmacopoeia standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients and suppliers to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across departments.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics and regulatory compliance (COFEPRIS, NOM-059, pharmacopoeia).
• Proven experience in client management and negotiation, with a track record of successful contract management.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced English/ fluent conversation
