Formación

• Experiencia previa en operaciones, marketing o ventas en productos de consumo.
• Fluidez en español y dominio del inglés, portugués es un plus.

Operations Manager

We are expanding our presence in Colombia and looking for a passionate, proactive, and analytical individual to join our team as Operations Manager. If you're ready for a new challenge and want to help us grow in the international market, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

1. Recruit, onboard, and manage the local team, including marketing, sales, trade marketing, and customer service professionals.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations in Colombia, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals set by the international expansion team.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing, and customer service, proposing and implementing process improvements.
4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and initiatives aligned with market needs.
5. Support trade marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and increase sales opportunities.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact between the local team and the international headquarters in Brazil.
7. Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational best practices.

Who You Are

1. A highly organized and analytical professional with a passion for problem-solving.
2. An excellent communicator capable of aligning diverse teams and stakeholders.
3. A proactive leader who takes ownership and is results-driven.
4. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (Portuguese is a plus).
5. Based in México City.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in operations, marketing or sales in consumer products.
3. Exposure to international markets and team management.
4. Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
5. Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or related industries—or a strong passion for the sector—will be a significant advantage.
