About the Job

This position reports to the Operations Manager and offers an opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results. You will be responsible for meeting order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and productivity). You will develop programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization toward optimal operational performance while managing working capital.

Work Model

The role is onsite at the Electrification Smart Buildings division in Ramos Arizpe. Global relocation or LTA support will not be considered.

Main Responsibilities

1. Monitoring plan implementation and tracking deviations for corrective action.
2. Preparing and overseeing the annual budget, addressing cost-related issues to manage operations within resources.
3. Developing programs, goals, and metrics to enhance operational performance and optimize working capital.
4. Ensuring the organization considers the overall value chain to meet customer expectations regarding quality, service levels, and lead time.

Qualifications

1. Experience in operations (production) within the industry or a similar field.
2. Skills in leading complex multidisciplinary teams.
3. Proven success managing KPIs.
4. Ability to develop and implement strategies aligned with global guidelines.
5. Knowledge of quality, manufacturing, demand planning, or continuous improvement is an asset.
6. Experience in the electrification industry is a plus.
7. Experience with SAP is valuable.
8. Fluent communication skills in English.
9. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
