Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Operations Manager for Marketing Department to lead and oversee the strategic direction of our client accounts. This role ensures that every marketing plan aligns with the client’s business goals and drives measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates must have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and at least 5 years of experience in the marketing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of data-driven marketing strategies for multiple client accounts.
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creatives, ads team, and marketing associates to oversee implementation.
  • Act as the main strategic point of contact for clients and internal team members.
  • Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Support in identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
  • Manage timelines and ensure consistent progress across all active projects.
  • Contribute to internal marketing efforts when needed.

Qualifications
