A law firm is seeking a Case Production Manager responsible for overseeing the entire case production process. This role includes managing case flow, identifying and implementing process improvements, and tracking team performance. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, management experience, and familiarity with production environments, preferably including LEAN methodologies. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years management experience in a production-based environment.

About the role

Manage and oversee end-to-end case production including signup, interview/form creation, and case assembly. Establish and monitor production metrics, identify/implement improvements, manage and oversee staff.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

What you'll do

**Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day production of cases
  • Oversee case flow throughout the firm to ensure cases are moving quickly and efficiently, identify improvements in the chain, and train the team on procedures to increase efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement; develop solutions and implement improvements
  • Develop, implement, and track KPIs and other metrics to assure optimal team/department performance
  • Ensure appropriate staff levels based on caseload; develop and submit staffing plans as needed
  • Maximize efficiency in all aspects of case preparation and submission; document firm processes
  • Develop and propose solutions/ideas for areas of concern; update process documentation, training/user guides
  • Demonstrated experience in process and quality improvement, problem-solving, and implementing solutions
  • Experience with LEAN methodology preferred
  • Experience with remote workforce, particularly in Latin America, is preferred
  • Assembly-line or similar experience highly preferred
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; four (4) years of related experience may substitute for a degree
  • 3-5 years management experience in a production-based environment

The pay range for this role is $18 USD per hour (Remote in Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan Region, CL).
