Operations Manager
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Operations Manager at Marsh, your role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to employees of Marsh accounts in the areas of collective programs as Major Medical Expenses, Life Insurance, Personal Accidents, and Minor Expenses. This is a 24/7 operation, dedicated to providing comprehensive support to groups of employees under these collective insurance programs.
