Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Operations Manager at Marsh, your role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to employees of Marsh accounts in the areas of collective programs as Major Medical Expenses, Life Insurance, Personal Accidents, and Minor Expenses. This is a 24/7 operation, dedicated to providing comprehensive support to groups of employees under these collective insurance programs.

We will count on you to:

• Lead and manage a national team of coordinators, overseeing the Operations and Service Specialists to ensure effective service delivery.
• Guarantee the provision of support services to Marsh's corporate account employees, adhering to SLAs and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Develop performance reports for the team and create KPI presentations for clients.
• Maintain close communication with colleagues in the commercial area and HR contacts of our clients to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Inspire and motivate the team, promoting a collaborative work environment focused on collective success and operational excellence.
• Proactively identify and propose improvements to processes and tools, ensuring the well-being of both clients and team members.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools, as well as Excel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and service orientation.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and proactively address challenges.
