Ideal candidates bring advanced English, a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in project development and strategic leadership across cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience to perform essential functions.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in project development at SBU Level.
• Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
• Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
• Project Management.
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Set a daily production plan to achieve safety, quality and production goals; supervise employees to ensure performance.
• Detect area needs.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
