Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali is seeking a production supervisor to plan daily production, oversee staff, and drive process improvements for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading improvement projects, coordinating cell production meetings, and applying Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles within an ERP framework.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience to perform the essential functions.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience in project development at SBU level and program-level decision making.
• Ability to develop strategies aligning cross-functional teams and utilize ERP.

Responsabilidades
