Carrier Global Corporation seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead execution of processes, projects, and strategic initiatives within their area. The role requires strong technical knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while aligning with business objectives.

Responsible for improving operational performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering results across multiple areas of the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, engineering, project management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or processes.
• Ability to manage priorities, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Results-oriented with focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.
