Formación

• University degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Data Analytics, or similar).
• Internships or volunteering experience preferred.

General

What awaits you:

1. 12-month minimum program aimed at preparing you for progression within Operations.
2. Development in areas such as Automation/IIoT, Materials Management, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering.
3. Completion of three distinct operational assignments aligned with your goals and strengths.
4. Assessment for readiness to advance to higher operational roles upon program completion.
5. Deep understanding of operational environments, processes, and organizational structure.
6. Performance reviews and coaching, including mentoring and professional development.
7. Technical and specialized training through annual plans and assessments.
8. Building a global community within the Kautex Development Program for knowledge sharing and networking.
9. Providing feedback for program improvement.
10. Executing projects set by management, documented in the performance system.
11. Taking ownership of your career development and seeking feedback and opportunities.
12. Supporting team tasks like sharing best practices, organizing events, and creating newsletters.
13. Communicating career aspirations and engaging with managers and HR.
14. Adhering to EHS standards, ethics, and standards like ISO and IATF 16949.

Operations

Responsibilities include understanding daily tasks, KPIs, customer standards, applying continuous improvement tools, and supporting EHS activities.

Material Management

Support logistics, demand planning, inventory accuracy, and risk management.

Manufacturing Engineer

Lead manufacturing process projects, drive continuous improvements, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Quality

Lead quality projects, support audits, and understand quality tools and standards.

Qualifications

Requirements include a university degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Data Analytics, or similar), internships or volunteering experience, international exposure, fluency in English, and knowledge of plastics processing. Mobility and good communication skills are essential.
