Amazon is seeking ambitious interns for our MX internship to experience a fast-paced, dynamic environment and gain a strong introduction to daily responsibilities within our Fulfillment Centers.

As an Operations Intern, you will analyze data, map processes, and collaborate with managers, tech teams, and frontline associates to solve complex operational challenges and improve service levels for our customers.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program with a graduation date between December 2024 and December 2027.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts).
• Available to complete a 12-month internship working 30 hours/week.
• Available to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during business hours.
• Proficient in English (Verbal and Written).
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems.
• Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s).
• Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams, and front line Associates.
• Thinking broadly about solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges faced by one of the world’s fastest growing operations network.
