Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. invites ambitious interns to join its fast-paced operations environment across Fulfillment Centers. You will help teams reach their full potential, ensuring performance and safety while supporting customer order journeys.

The 12-month internship requires 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with fluency in English and Spanish and strong Excel skills for data analysis and process mapping.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in a related field with a graduation date between 2024 and 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
• Available to complete a 12-month internship, 30 hours/week.
• Able to work 6 hours per day, Monday–Friday, during business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Dive deep into data, map processes and problems.
• Offer and test potential solutions and implement the best one(s).
• Interact with managers, tech teams, and frontline associates to address complex operational challenges.
