Amazon Mexico's Operations team is offering an Operations Intern role on-site to learn inventory control, QA, and capacity activities within our Fulfillment Center. You will be matched to a mentor and contribute to real projects while developing professional skills during a 12-month, 30 hours/week internship.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree program with graduation between 2024 and 2027, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or other related field with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and December 2027.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts)
• Available to complete a 12-month internship working 30 hours/week
• Available to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during business hours
• Proficient in English (Verbal and Written)
• Fluent in Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels
• Perform quality assurance activities to uphold customer experience standards
• Collaborate on process optimization and capacity management projects
• Participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the team in strategic operational tasks across Stow, Pick, and other warehouse processes
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive improvement opportunities
