Ops & Growth Coordinator (100% Remote)

Were hiring an Ops & Growth Coordinator to support both operational rigor and go-to-market (GTM) momentum. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-value conversations and projects don't fall through the crack-staming inbox chaos, maintaining a clean CRM, supporting lightweight marketing execution, and handling key administrative workflows.

This is a cross-functional role combining:

  • Business operations
  • Marketing support
  • Executive assistance
  • CRM hygiene

Youll work behind the scenes to increase productivity and systemize internal workflows.

What Youll Do
Inbox & Calendar Management
  • Triage and manage the executive inbox with judgment and speed
  • Draft follow-ups, flag priority emails, and schedule key meetings
  • Prepare quick executive summaries and daily/weekly briefings
  • Track investor, sales, and partner correspondence to ensure no momentum is lost
Sales & CRM Support
  • Log notes, update deal stages, and maintain a clean, organized CRM
  • Ensure leads from email and other channels are entered, tagged, and followed through
  • Support creation and tracking of contracts and customer invoices
  • Monitor signups from the free tier and coordinate invoice workflows
Marketing & Content Operations
  • Help manage the content calendar, blog updates, and newsletters
  • Draft or refine short-form content for social media, investor updates, and email
  • Coordinate basic event logistics and outbound preparation (lists, invites, follow-ups)
  • Keep documentation and project trackers up to date
Ops & Process Coordination
  • Support weekly team task triage and execution
  • Introduce lightweight operational fixes for recurring gaps (e.g., template creation, task automation)
  • Ensure cross-functional projects stay on track, nudging stakeholders as needed
