Baxter is seeking a Specialist Engineer, OPEX to lead and govern our operational excellence program at the Monterrey site. You will drive GPS maturity, lean transformation, and cost-improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Lead Kaizen events, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to global policies while partnering with site leadership to achieve strategic objectives and measurable financial impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related.
• +5 years of experience in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience leading operational management systems, leading sophisticated Kaizen and project management.
• Certification as Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma; mastery of Lean tools (VSM, SWS, SMED, Visual Management, Kaizen).
• Experience in design, implementation and maturation of Lean/GPS management systems.
• Mastery of problem-solving methodologies.
• Industrial Engineering applications: Capacity Analysis, Line Balancing, Efficiency Analysis, Resource Utilization, Flow Optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Foster culture of continuous improvement aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor teams in GPS, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Plan and manage site transformation programs for cost, quality, and efficiency gains.
• Develop and deploy standards, audits, and performance indicators for operational excellence.
• Coach engineers through strategic projects and problem-solving events.
• Provide expert guidance on Lean Manufacturing and process design.
