Responsibilities

• Hands-on, technically involved, and tasked with troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
• Technical Support: Resolve alerts related to system failures, network issues, or resource constraints.
• Escalation: When problems exceed their capacity, escalate them to higher-level engineers or specialized teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as Operations/Infrastructure Engineer or similar role in a large IT environment.
• Ability to work across different platforms (Windows/Linux).
• Cloud technologies, and virtualized environments.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues, tickets and escalations.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
