Responsible for managing a regional team while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, the ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience and a proven ability in team leadership and P&L management. As the Operations Regional Director responsible for leading our North America (US & Canada) operations regional team, you\'ll be managing a team that focuses on execution of regional processes and managing a set of our local depots and their respective teams, overseeing the daily operations in order to drive operational results on availability and quality of the fleet, customer satisfaction over the service provided and operational efficiency, through ensuring high-standards for our operations and effective implementation of central procedural guidelines defined for our operating model. You will be part of the management team of the region and be responsible for the achievement of the targets defined for your region.
You\'ll be based in our Mexico City Office where you\'ll manage a Regional Operations Team, plus travelling often to visit and manage staff across our Rental Stations in the US and Canada, whilst reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
