Job Description - Operations Coordinator I - Mexico (252143)

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Mexico City to maintain and support our GPS navigation application and Geo Fence customer locations. The Operations Coordinator will update customer locations in the GPS database.

Schedule:

Rotating Weekly Schedule (Recurring Every Week of the Month):

  • Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday — 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Monday — 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

This two-week rotation will repeat continuously throughout each month.

Responsibilities:

  • Update road restrictions in the GPS to allow for accurate truck routing.
  • Create accurate geo fences in various geo fencing tools.
  • Monitor driver feedback on GPS routing to maintain accuracy.
  • Field questions from associates and drivers regarding routing issues.
  • Analyze courses of action and make recommendations.
